Contested or Fault-based Divorce OR Child Custody Dispute
($5,000.00 Retainer billed against at $200.00 per hour)
Services vary depending on what the client’s unique situation is and what is needed. For this reason, a $5,000 upfront retainer is required, which the attorney will bill against at the rate of $200/hr for legal services.
If at any point an uncontested divorce turns into a contested one, or if the parties cannot agree on a child custody agreement, then the matter will convert to an hourly one with a $5,000 retainer to be paid and billed against at $200/hr.
Any remaining amount in the retainer will be refunded at the close of representation. If additional services are required after the retainer is exhausted, they will be billed at 200/hr and invoiced.
